Addresses: Maintain external communication types in the table TSADC

Description

The external communication types are in the table TSADC.

An entry must be made to send externally via the internet from SAPoffice.

External communication by Soft*Switch is not in the Standard and can therefore not be maintained in the interface, so the entry in the table TSADC must be changed.

Enter the communication type INT for internet in the table TSADC, and change the entry for the communication type SSW:

1. Choose Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> Process technology -> Office -> Addresses -> Communication types.
2. Change the entry "CS1 CS1 not maintained" to "CS1 INT Internet", and select the attributes "Maintain" and "Send".
3. Deselect the attributes "Maintain" and "Send" from the entry "SSW SSW Soft*Switch".
4. Save your entries.
