Change Documents (new)

Use

As of SAP xRPM 4.5, you can activate the change document function for the following objects:

  • Portfolio
  • Bucket
  • Item
  • Decision Point
  • Review
  • Collection
  • What-If Scenario
  • Relational associations of business objects
  • Financial and capacity category for bucket and item

Effects on Existing Data

If the function is active, the system also records changes to dependent objects. Financial and capacity planning are not effected.

Effects on Customizing

You can activate this function in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) under Global Customizing -> Process and Service Settings- > Activate Change Document.
