Map Item Template to cProjects Template (New)

Use

As of SAP xRPM 4.5, you can do the following:

• Map the item template to a cProjects template

• Define mapping for the decision point of the item template and the phase template of the cProjects template.

When you create an item from the item template the cProjects project being created reflects the cProjects template data.

The cProjects template maintained in the mapping is available during item creation from the item template.

Effects on Customizing

To enable the mapping of the item template to the cProjects template, make the following settings in Customizing of SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM)by choosing Global Customizing → Portfolio-Independent Settings → Map Item Template to cProjects Template.
