Printing of Forms (New)

Use

As of SAP xRPM 4.5, you can print the data in SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe using the Adobe LiveCycle Designer. This feature enhances options handling as well, which enables you to print specific data on the form. During printing, the system interprets the different tab pages displayed in the overview of the object as options. To enable options handling, you use BAdI implementations of BAdI: Print Fact Sheet Forms. Based on your selection of options the data is displayed or hidden on the form.

For this feature, we support print forms for the following objects:

• Item

• Initiative

We deliver default forms for each of these object types, and options handling for these object types is delivered using BAdI handling. We deliver filter dependent BAdI implementations for these two object types.

You access these forms in the front-end system using a link in the navigation for item and initiative. Here you can also define customer-specific print forms.

To enable the printing of forms, you must define the forms in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) by choosing Global Customizing -> Process and Service Settings -> Forms for Printing-> Define Print Forms per Object Type.
