Change in Programs: Reconstructing Distributed Values and Totaling Up Budget Values in Release 3.0F/PS/2

Description

When running the programs for reconstructing distributed values and for totaling up budget values in background processing, you could considerably improve performance by selecting the "Total up after hierarchy change" option as opposed to running the program with the "Total up in full" option.

To do this, it was necessary to define new master data via Tools -> Budgeting -> Addtl master data.

As of Release 3.0F/PS/2, the system recognizes the new elements automatically when running the program and runs the programs depending on the changes you have made to the master data hierarchy for optimum performance.

The transaction for defining new master data was deleted. In the programs for reconstructing distributed values (Tools -> Budgeting -> Reconst.dstbtd vals) and for totaling up budget values in background processing (Tools -> Budgeting -> Total up), the options "Total up after hierarchy change" and "Total up in full" were deleted.
