Diagnosis

You have not entered the six-digit + series nota fiscal (NF) number in the Certificate IDfield.

System Response

In Brazil, additional data of individual loads is captured during load data capture. If the certificate category has been set as the Brazil-specific 04: Nota Fiscal, then the system needs the NF number in order to continue processing.

Procedure

Enter the nota fiscal number in the Certificate IDfield in the Weights Detailstab page. Use the format 'XXXXXX-X'.
