Diagnosis

For a load that is being applied to a group material MCAK trade, there must be other eligible commodity items in that contract for MCAK trade amendment, apart from the group material's commodity item.

Here the eligible list of commodity items is initial. This could be due to a delivery period optionality mismatch between load and contract or non maintenance of early/late tolerance days rule.

Procedure

Maintain early/late delivery tolerance days or change the delivery period optionality maintained on the contract.
