Diagnosis

You can correct the current document only if the status of document is either Edit or Created.

System Response

The system cannot correct the current document.

Procedure

On the Status tab page, check both the active status and follow-on action. If the status of follow-on action is either Edit or Created, then match that status and then make corrections.

For example, if the status of current document is Released for approval, then corrections cannot be performed. Reject the document, which will change the status to Edit, and make the corresponding changes.
