Diagnosis

Invoice document does not exist in system.

System Response

The system cannot navigate to invoice document.

Procedure

If Settlement document is sales, then field is not populated. In case of purchase side, check status of document on the Status tab page. If the status is not Invoice, follow the steps to invoice the document.
