Diagnosis

The net amount of the final settlement is 0. Hence, no billing document or invoice could be created for the final settlement. However, in order to complete the revenue recognition/purchase realization process, an entry in the event registry is created with respect to the previous provisional settlement for the same application document.

System Response

Event registry is updated with respect to previous provisional document instead of current final document.
