Diagnosis

The Monitoring and Error Handling transaction cannot find the related data message.

This can have the following reasons:

• The user does not have the corresponding authorization to see the related data message.

• The data message cannot be found due to the selection criteria that you specified on the selection screen.

System Response

No data is displayed and a warning message shows.

Procedure

Use transaction SU53 to check whether you have the relevant authorization to view the corresponding AIF interface data message.

Check/modify selection criteria on the selection screen.

Procedure for System Administration

Make sure that the end user has the correct role to monitor the corresponding interface.
