Diagnosis

Missing redefinition of the two methods in the application-specific entry data facade.

• For enabling view 1 (Data Messages view) layout management, the relevant methods are as follows:

• /AIF/IF_ENTRY_DATA_FACADE~READ_LAYOUT_BLK_1

• /AIF/IF_ENTRY_DATA_FACADE~SAVE_LAYOUT_BLK_1

• For enabling view 3 (Data Content view) layout management, the relevant methods are as follows:

• /AIF/IF_ENTRY_DATA_FACADE~READ_LAYOUT_BLK_3

• /AIF/IF_ENTRY_DATA_FACADE~SAVE_LAYOUT_BLK_3

System Response

The Layout Management pushbutton has no valid functionalities.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator or interface developer.

Procedure for System Administration

In Customizing for the SAP Application Interface Framework under -> Error Handling -> Define Applications, check the entry data facade maintained for the current application. Go to the class maintained as entry data facade and implement the methods mentioned above.
