Diagnosis

This is an inconsistency in the configuration of the message hierarchy to be displayed in the Monitoring and Error Handling transaction.

System Response

The message hierarchy cannot be displayed.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

Check the consistency of your key field hierarchy in Customizing for the SAP Application Interface Framework under Interface-Specific Features in the view Define Key Fields for Multi. Searchfrom the menu on the left-hand side.
