Diagnosis

In value mapping , the database selection

SELECT  FROM  WHERE

did not return a result (note that long where conditions might not be fully displayed above).

System Response

The system stops processing the message.

Procedure

Analyze why the required entry has not been found in the system. Potential reasons are as follows:

• The external values used in the where condition are incorrect.

• The external values used in the where condition are correct, but the corresponding entry does not exist in the system.
