You tried to go from the overview of the sales returns to the entry screen of the analysis results of the sales returns. However, you do not have the authorization required for these transactions.

Ask your system administrator to be given the required authorizations (authorization objects S_TCODE and B_V1_TCODE, field TCD = /BEV1/SR0).
