For reporting logics purposes, a Cash Flow Activity cannot has the same code as a Cash Flow Category one. In order to avoid any possible conflict take care on entering of the activity code (different by a category code).

If you still want a special code for an activity, follow the steps:

  1. leave activities maintenance dialog
  2. go to categories maintenance dialog and
  • delete the irrespective category

  • recreate the category with other code

or

  • copy the irrespective category with a new code

  • delete old category code
