Diagnosis
For each action managed by S&AM, a property change trigger needs to be defined.
Procedure
Typically this will be the node the action is defined on and the triggering condition should be "Update". This is important to ensure correct functionality for consumers evaluating property change notifications such as BSA ECOs.
