Diagnosis
You tried to delete an assignment of a tax objects hierarchy to a company code. Basically, you do not have the authorization to do this.
System Response
In this case, the system does not allow you to delete.
Procedure
Obtain authorization to delete assignments (J_3RF_TAXA activity 06) from your user administrator.
