Diagnosis
You are trying to make changes to a project that is locked by . A project is locked if it is being edited simultaneously in the Plan Customer Projects and the Review Customer Projects apps.
System Response
You cannot save your changes if a project is locked by another user.
Procedure
Reopen the project after user has saved their changes.
