Diagnosis

This error is due to one of the following reasons:

• At least one of the users is not a project manager.

• You are not authorized to access master data of business partners.

Contact the key user responsible for business roles, to ensure that your business user is authorized to read master data of business partners.

Procedure for System Administration

Ensure that the business role of the user is authorized to access master data of business partners. You can do this by reviewing the authorizations for the restriction field Authorization Group for Business Partners.
