Diagnosis

You have chosen not to delete the active versions of the InfoSources.

System Response

Since you keep the current active version, the system does not overwrite it with the content version, which may cause data inconsistencies. If you delete the current active version, the system discards any changes to the content version. The second option ensures that there are no inconsistencies to the SAP delivered content.

Procedure

Keep the active version only if it should be different from the content version. This affects the transactional InfoSources as well as text InfoSources for any attributes used in the corresponding InfoProvider.

You can activate the content version any time by repeating the activation procedure.
