Diagnosis

The contract &3 has &2 as the expected number of carlots, but the number of deliveries have been &1 against this contract.

System Response

A carlot contract can only receive loads up to a maximum of the expected number of carlots. Since more number of loads have arrived than planned against this contract, application fails.

Procedure

Apply to another carlot contract or amend the existing contract to increase the number of expected loads.
