Base Search

In the base search, system searches for the contracts which match the criteria from the LDC.

During this search, the system matches the value of customer/vendor, plant (& org. data), material, MoT entered on the LDC with the corresponding values the contracts. Additionally, system also matches the incoterms (Either directly entered on the LDC or auto determined).

Finally, the system also checks that the LDC creation date lies within the delivery period of contracts.
