Diagnosis

The session does not exist anymore. This happens if you or another user have edited the session before or restarted the session successfully.

In this case the data was edited and a new session was created. The

new session contains the updated data.

If the session was restarted successfully, the session does not exist any more. This is due to the fact that a session that was processed successfully is not stored by default.

System Response

The system cannot lock the message for editing.

Procedure

For the pure monitoring scenario:

Double-click or select the message in the data message view and click the read button; the icon should now be updated accordingly.

In case the message was edited, you can press the refresh button. The session with the updated data should be retrieved (in case it is within your selection criteria).
