Diagnosis

For exchange rate type , no translation ratios have been defined for translating into .

This error occurs if the exchange rates to be saved under an exchange rate category are also to be updated in the exchange rate table for cross-application currency translation. This means that exchange rate type is defined for exchange rate category and translation ratios do not exist for the exchange rate type.

System Response

The system issues an error message.

Procedure

Define the relevant translation ratios in the Customizing settings for cross-application currency translation before entering exchange rates.
