In this Customizing activity, you can define the ticket type to be used for TSW ticket creation by different calling applications.

In SAP Agricultural Contract Management, you use the TSW ticket type to classify from which application or source (Load Data Capture [LDC], nomination, or application) a ticket originates or is created. The ticket type is useful for reporting purposes. For example, when viewing errors in the Orchestration Framework (OF) recovery report, you can select all tickets with errors that originated from the LDC screen.

You make these settings if you need the OF to work for the following scenarios:

1. Order creation or initiation of the Back-to-Backscenario:

In the CIP Typecolumn, choose Ticket Type for Nomination Confirmationand select a ticket type.

1. Back-to-Backscenario:

In the CIP Typecolumn, choose Ticket Type for Nominationand select a ticket type.

1. Scenario determination and logistical execution for all scenarios other than Back-to-Back:

In the CIP Typecolumn, choose Ticket Type for LDC and select a ticket type.

1. Regular Spot, Accumulate to Own, and Purchase of Comingled Stockscenarios:

In the CIP Typecolumn, choose Ticket Type for Applicationand select a ticket type.
