In this Customizing activity, you maintain the sales order item category for order creation. This Customizing is used in unplanned sales scenarios, where sales orders are created without contract determination using the orchestration framework.

Maintain the sales order item categories by following the steps below:

  1. Click on New Entries.
  2. Select the Sales Document Type.
  3. Choose the Title Transfer scenario from the dropdown list.
  4. Assign the relevant sales document Item Category.
  5. Save your entries.
