In this IMG activity you generate the screen controls for the custom fields which are defined for selection/changes/adjust update screen in mass document change (MDC) application.

• You have defined all the custom fields for different screens in MDC in the appropriate maintenance view.

• You must have executed this is one time activity initially once after you enter the custom fields details in respective tables. Afterwards, you can execute this only if you change the entries for the custom fields in any of the appropriate tables.

When you execute this IMG activity, you will get a screen where you have to choose the different MDC screens for which you want to create the custom fields screen controls. You can choose the screens separately or all the screens together. Once you choose the required screens and execute the report, you will get the screen controls status for all the custom fields.

If the screen controls are not generated for some custom fields, you will know the reasons for their non-generation from the Status column of the resultant display.

Once this IMG activity completes the generation of the custom field's screen controls, these custom fields will be a part of the standard MDC application until this IMG activity is executed again.
