/AFS/SIMGARUN_AGDETE - Allocation Group Determination Table Generation

You use the allocation group (AG) determination table when you want to choose an allocation group other than the default.

1. Create an AG determination table.
2. Select the table and select the Field Levelnode.
3. Specify the fields to be contained in the table.
4. Go to display mode and generate the table at the top node. Always ensure that the table name is in the customer namespace.

Assume that you want to generate a determination table with the field KUNNR. For a certain customer, you wan to use a different AG table. This can be done through the table maintenance for the determination table.

The following three fields are added to the table besides the ones given in the field levels:

MANDT,,,,Client

GRSGY,,,,Grouping Strategy

AGTAB,,,,Allocation Group Table

All the key fields help in the determination of the Allocation Group Table (AGTAB).

IMPORTANT: There is a default determination table /AFS/AG_DET that you can use for determination purposes. This always remains the default determination table unless some other user-defined AG determination table overrides it.
