With the management tool you can check and manually change the allocations that the system has generated from previous allocation runs.

You control the execution of the management tool and of the reorganization using management tool types, which you define in this section.

You specify the parameters, according to which the system makes its selection, as well as which data will be displayed in the result screen.

You can choose the selection report J_3AAMS1 as the selection program.

1. Enter a selection program. Choose either a program generated via the dynamic selection or choose the selection report J_3AAMS1.
2. Choose a selection variant. Here you can also define your own variant using an ID of your choice.
3. Specify the modus, for which your management tool type should be valid.
4. Enter a layout variant. You can define this display of the detail screen in ARun Customizing under Reporting.
5. Determine which additional functions (for example, dimension conversion or release parameters) should be used by the management tool and the reorganization.

Remember that adding such functions can put a heavy strain on the performance when executing the management tool or the reorganization.
