In this step you define the access sequence for the grid determination processing. With the access sequence you specify which condition tables are used to access the condition records or the sequence in which the condition tables are read.

When searching a condition record for a sales grid, you can specify the access sequence. First you can search for a customer-specific sales grid and later for a material-dependent sales grid.

• If you define your own access sequences, the key should begin with the letter Z, because SAP does not use this namespace in the Standard System.

• You should not change the access sequences that are included in the SAP Standard System.

1. Check to what extent you can use the access sequences that are included in the SAP Standard System. Enter an alphanumeric key with a maximum of four characters for the access sequence grid and add a description.
2. Maintain the accesses for the access sequence by entering the condition tables in the requested sequence. With the sequence you specify the priority of the accesses. For this the system can display the defined combinations of key fields via the possible entries for the selection.
