In this section you can create, change, or check the content of condition tables for your VAS-conditions, according to the requirements of your company.

The fields you include in a condition table are key combinations in the application. Based on these key combinations you create different VAS-conditions for your customers, customer groups, etc.

In the Standard AFS System several basic condition tables are available. You should not change these condition tables.

To add your own tables, enter a number from the customer interval between 501 and 999 as a key. In the subsequent screen you select the fields you want to include in the table, from those fields you have previously defined as eligible for use in the VAS-condition tables. The system automatically transfers the short text of the fields to the text of your table in the sequence in which you selected them.

If you want the VAS-conditions that you have defined on the basis of this table to only be valid for a certain period of time, you have to mark the indicator with validity for the table.

You can now generate the table.

In addition to the possibilities that exist in the Standard AFS System, you want to create VAS-conditions on the basis of sales area, customer, VAS-material group. For this you define, for example, a condition table with a key 555. To make the creation of the table easier, you can choose the AFS Standard table 021 (sales area, customer) as reference. Add the field VAS-material group to this table. The system enters the short text in the header of your table. Generate the table.
