In this Customizing activity, you assign the actual and planned calculation versions to special ledger versions.

You have entered a special ledger version for the special ledger with transaction GCL2.

You specify the conditions for adjusting the special ledger accounts by entering a record type such as planned or actual. The selected accounts then are adjusted based on their planned or actual postings.
