Use
You use this IMG activity to specify conventions for automatic creation of directory paths and file
names for output files. You can change the conventions for directory paths shipped in the standard system and also create new ones.
When changing or creating conventions you must always use the following keys:
- Key for creating output files for materials (request)
FN_MAT,,,,- this entry defines the name of the file for materials
- (requests)
FN_STAMM ,, ,,- this entry defines the name of the file for the customer and object master data
- Key for creating directory paths
- MAT,,,,,,- this entry defines the file access path for the material
- STAMM,,,,- this entry defines the file access path for customer and object master data
If the output sales organization is added to keys, you can define a separate naming convention for each output sales organization (for example, FN_MAT0001 or FN_STAMM0001).
Requirements
All access paths (directories) must be available on the server. If an output sales organization is added to a key, you can create a separate access path for each output sales organization.
Standard settings
If output sales organizations have been added to the keys, you can save a separate name for each output sales organization. If certain key words in the name are delimited with *, the system replaces these values.
