SAP E-Book

In this activity, you maintain the Secure Store and Forward (SSF) profile data in the /BSNAGT/V_SSFview.

  • You have made the necessary application settings under connector for SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity-> Maintain SSF Application Parameters (transaction SSFA).
  • If you want to use payload security features and/or tamper protection security features, you must maintain the security parameters for the following applications:
  • BSNAGT (payload security)

  • FSNCFP (tamper protection)

  1. Make the following settings for Message Type, Sender IDor Receiver ID, and Application:
    1. Choose if you want to sign and/or encrypt outbound messages.
    2. Choose if you want to decrypt and verify inbound messages.

Note

  • Message Typeand Sender IDor Receiver IDare optional. If you do not specify Message Type, the settings you enter apply to all message types. Therefore, you can make default settings for all messages then override those settings for a specific message type.
  • Similarly, if you do not enter a Sender IDor Receiver ID, the settings you enter apply to all senders or receivers. As for message types, you can make default settings for all senders or receivers then override those settings for a specific sender or receiver.
  • If you select one or more of the security options, you must also enter the Signatoryor Recipient Name. If no security options are selected, you don't need to enter the Signatoryor Recipient Name.
  • To use tamper protection functions, you must maintain an entry with application FSNCFP. When you maintain such an entry, the tamper protection functions are switched on for the corresponding combinations of Message Types and Receiver IDs.
  • The tamper protection functions only exist for selected Message Types, for example, pain.001.001.03. When sending a message with such a Message Type and Receiver ID, the system creates one or more fingerprints and includes them in the extended header of the outgoing MBC message.
