You use this customizing activity to provide custom attributes for contact persons, for a specific master project type.

Irrespective of whether you have specified custom attributes or not, the system provides the following mandatory attributes in the contact profile:

  • Title
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • E-mail Address

  1. Launch the customizing activity.
  2. In the Contact Profile view, choose New Entries.
  3. Enter a contact profile with the description.
  4. Select this entry and double-click the Contact Attributes view.
  5. Choose New Entries.
  6. In the Contact Attributes column, specify an attribute from the available entries.
Note
If you want to add custom attributes, in addition to the attributes available in the standard system, you can specify them in the structure /CPD/S_MP_CONTACT_PERSON_DYNA.
  1. In the Attr. Seq. column, specify a number to indicate the sequence of display on the UI.
  2. In the Mandatorycolumn, you can mark the checkbox if you want the field to be a mandatory attribute.
  3. In the Field Type column, indicate the relevant value and save your entries.

The contact profile 001 contains the following details that have been specified for master project type 011:

  • Telephone
  • Mobile Phone
  • Country/Region Key

The contact profile 002 contains the following details that have been specified for master project type 022:

  • Project Name
  • Role ID
  • Telephone
  • Mobile Phone
