Define work items and group them to simplify the assignment of work items to work packages.

In this activity, you can do the following:

• Create standard work items that are relevant for projects across your business.

Note: Do not create work item IDs beginning with USR as this is reserved for project-specific work items.

• Create groups and assign work items to groups.

The assignment of work items to groups enables project managers to filter and assign work items relevant to work packages.
