You use this Customizing activity to define different levels of risks.

Risk levels are derived from the following criteria:

• Risk type: You can define risks (using negative scores) or opportunities (using positive scores).

• Risk score: You can provide score ranges to specify the risk levels that are relevant to your business. You can also specify an icon for the risk level. When you add a risk in the risk register, the system automatically calculates the score based on the probability and the impact entered on the screen. The following risk levels are delivered in the standard:

• High Risk

• Medium Risk

• Low Risk

• Large Opportunity

• Medium Opportunity

• Small Opportunity
