/CPD/V_CHK_MA - Map Checklist Items, Groups, and Master Project Types
CPI1466 during Backup PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
You use this Customizing activity to map checklist items (milestones) with checklist groups for a specific master project type.
You can specify conditions for offset dates (start dates and end dates) so that they can be used by
the Business Add-In
Examples
- To define the proposed end date as 1 day after the start date, you would specify the following values:
- Offset: 1
- Add or Subtract: Add
- OffsetDate: Start Date
- To define the proposed end date as 3 days before the end date, you would specify the following values:
- Offset: 3
- Add or Subtract: Subtract
- OffsetDate: End Date
Note that you use sort numbers to sequence the checklist items (milestones) on the UI.
You have created the following (all the entities that have to be mapped to each other):
- Master project types (see Make Settings for Master Projects)
- Checklist items (milestones) (see Define Checklist Items (Milestones))
- Checklist groups (see Define Checklist Groups)
A delivery manager, Michael Adams, is responsible for mapping the checklist items (milestones) and checklist groups for two types of master projects(001-Insurance and 002-Loans) that are in the project set-up phase. He has already created the following entities individually in the system:
