/DMBE/GOVPARTY - Define Governing Parties

In this Customizing activity, you define the options for the governing parties of a deal. The governing party of a deal is chosen in the deal header and is the party responsible for the elaboration of the paper contract. You define two options: a counterparty and your own company.

You can specify the following settings:

• A one-character ID to identify the governing party

• A description of the governing party

• Which governing party is your company

You define the options for the governing party as follows:,,

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Define two companies: your own company and a counterparty.
3. In the row that you created for your company, select the Defaultcheckbox.
4. Save your entries.
