In this Customizing activity, you define the required locations for the various Incoterms. These details are used in the Delivery section of the deal details. This setting makes either the Origin, the Destination or both locations relevant and mandatory fields for a given Incoterm.

Incoterms need to be configured before you apply this procedure.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the following data:
Field Name Field Value
Incoterm Use F4 to select a valid Incoterm.  
Relevant Location Use the dropdown to select the relevant locations.

  1. Save your entries.
