/FRE/FRP_001 - Maintain Base Profiles

The base profile contains all basic FRP settings for a single location. It is assigned at the location level.

• Selling Class Limit

This subprofile defines the following selling classes: Ultra Slow Seller1, Ultra Slow Seller 2, Slow Seller1, Slow Seller 2, Fast Seller 1 and Fast Seller 2

• Forecast Horizon

This subprofile defines the forecast horizons on the location level. The system uses these for a location product if no horizons are maintained on the location product level (transaction /FRE/MASS_MATLOC).

• Order Forecast

This subprofile determines whether scheduling for calculation of the order forecast is based on transportation lanes that are time-dependent.

You must set one profile as the default profile. The system uses this profile if no other profile is maintained in the master data.

Note

Make sure that you update the productive client so that the settings from the Customizing client do not overwrite the settings in the productive client.
