In this IMG activity you can specify order proposal (OP) lock types. Customizing for OP lock types is unique across all clients (depends on client only) and consists of a table with the following fields:

• OP Lock Type:

• One or more OP lock values are combined under the OP lock type

• Description

• Describes the OP lock type

• Release (OP lock value)

• If the OP lock value is set to Release, release will not be possible

• Transfer (OP lock value)

• If the OP lock value is set to Transfer, transfer to the ordering system can no longer occur

• Delete (OP lock value)

• If the OP lock value is set to Delete, the OP and the OP items cannot be deleted

• Change (OP lock value)

• If the OP lock value is set to Change, the following functions can no longer be carried out:

1. Change purchase order items
2. Insert new purchase order items
3. Set order proposal status (for example, release)
4. Delete order proposals
5. Delete order proposal items
6. Combine order proposals
7. Split order proposals
8. Transfer order proposals
9. Check release conditions

If the checkbox in the Release column is set for OP lock type A, it means that order proposals that have been locked with OP lock type A cannot be released.
