In this IMG activity you define the responsibility and display types for the RWBS (Replenishment Workbench for Stores).

To create a responsibility profile, you first enter the name and description of the profile. To see the profile detail, you double click on the profile name or select the Detailbutton.

In the detail screen, select the appropriate responsibility type:

• Merchandise category: Products are selected and displayed by merchandise category.

• Merchandise category hierarchy: Products are selected and displayed by merchandise category hierarchy .

• Replenishment planner: Order items are selected by replenishment planner. In this case, you also have to choose to display the assortment tree either by merchandise categories, by layout or by merchandise category hierarchy.

• Layout: Products are selected and displayed by layouts.

Vendor and vendor sub-range are optional when responsibility type is not replenishment planner. You can also choose to display the assortment tree using the vendor at the beginning or at the end of the node (for example, merchandise category, vendor, and vendor sub-range) or at the end of the node (for example, vendor, vendor sub-range, merchandise category).

To define a profile by layout:

1. Choose responsibility type by Layout
2. Choose Use vendor and vendor sub-rangesand Display vendor at the top of the node

In RWBS, you can enter the user's responsibilities by layouts and/or by vendor and sub-ranges.

The assortment tree appear as follows:

Vendor 01

• Subrange 01,,

• Layout 01

• Layout 02

• Subrange 02

• Layout 03...
