In this Customizing activity, you define attributes called actions for incoming GBA messages. The attributes are assigned to the messages when you import them using the Import GBA messages (Netherlands) (/GSINS/NLGBA_IMPORT) report and serve as descriptions for the following:

• Processing steps carried out on the messages during the importing process

• Further processing that GBA messages need to undergo after the import

You can display the actions relevant for incoming messages for a given business partner on the GBA tab page in business partner master data. For more information, see GBA message actions.

The standard system contains a set of sample settings. You can change these settings according to your requirements.
