/IAM/V_STATA - Define User Status Actions

In this Customizing activity, you create the user status actions that set the status values you created in the Customizing activity

Define User Statuses.As an additional option, you can specify that a BO action is also executed when the status action is executed.

1. Enter a code (max. 4 characters) and a text for the status action.
2. Select the status field and the status that is to be set by the action.
3. If a BO action is also to be executed, specify the BO (/IAM/ISSUE or /IAM/ACTIVITY) and select the corresponding action.
4. To be able to use the user status actions, you must first include them in a status profile in the Customizing activity Define Status Profiles.

Note: To be able to execute a user status action, users require authorization for one of the following authorization objects:

• IAM/I_USTA Authorization object for user status actions (issues/change requests)

• IAM/A_USTA Authorization object for user status actions (activities)
