In this customizing activity, you define the status range for the production and process orders so that the orders qualify for the make-to-order optimization process.
You can define settings for the following reference applications:
- PP0A: Production Orders
- PP0B: Process Orders
- Choose the reference application for which you want to define the status range.
- Assign all plant and order types that are relevant for the make-to-order optimization process.
- Assign the relevant range status per reference application, plant and order type combination. You must decide the statuses that are relevant for the production and process order to be optimized.
Note:
The system checks the status of the order when the order is saved. This may occur during the creation of the order or when the order is modified. For the optimization process to be relevant, the status of the production and process order cannot be Released. The system considers the value of Status From to be within the range, while the value of Status To is not part of the range.
