In this activity, you can define technical fields that are not included in files supplied. You can also define automatic alpha conversion at field level.

These settings have the following effect when data from a file is converted into the relevant table structure:

• In the first case, an alpha conversion is always carried out automatically for the contract number.

• In the second case, the field for the change ID is not supplied.
