In this IMG activity, you define the internal RBD product types that are used to structure the Customizing of the RBD component more clearly. This involves grouping similar product types from the source system into one RBD product type.
In the first step you define the RBD product type. You then assign the relevant product types from the source system and the RBD account type to this RBD product type.
A product type is defined for each of the different source systems and value adjustment procedures.
