In this Customizing activity, you maintain the tracking relevant fields based on the organizational hierarchy, at the time of contract creation or change.
In the Customizing table, define the following fields as relevant:
- CoCd (Company Code)
- Type (Trading Contract Type)
- SOrg. (Sales Organization)
- DChl (Distribution Channel)
- Dv (Division)
- POrg (Purchasing Organization)
You then define the Level and Field Name, as maintained in the fee catalogue, and mark the checkboxes, if the field is relevant for tracking and confirmation.
